Who we help · Small Business
Enterprise-grade IT, small-team sized
Plenty of small businesses run their IT on goodwill and a director's spare evenings. It works, until it doesn't. We give you the security, support and structure of a proper IT department — without needing one on the payroll.

Cyber SecurityHow we help
A proper IT function, without the payroll
The same six services every client gets, sized and priced for a small team that can't afford to get the basics wrong.
Your IT department, outsourced
One number to call, an engineer who remembers your setup, and someone accountable for the lot — so IT stops landing on whoever's least busy.
Security switched on by default
MFA, patching, endpoint protection and tested backups come as standard, not a premium tier — the fundamentals a small team can't afford to skip, run for you.
Microsoft 365, sorted
The tenant secured, tidied and right-sized so you stop over-paying and over-sharing — set up the way it should have been on day one.
A safety net you can trust
Backups of your files, email and systems that are actually restore-tested, plus a simple written plan for the day something goes badly wrong.
A plan that grows with you
A light-touch roadmap and budget — no 60-page deck — so IT keeps pace with headcount instead of becoming the thing that holds growth back.
AI, without the hype
A straight answer on where AI genuinely helps a business your size, what to fix first, and what to ignore — starting with the free AI usage policy starter.
FAQ
Size, security and cost, answered
The things smaller businesses check before they hand IT to anyone.
Aren't we too small for a managed IT provider?
If IT problems cost you real time or money, you're big enough to benefit — and small enough that the fundamentals (security, backups, a tidy Microsoft 365) make an outsized difference. We work with organisations from around ten staff; below that, we'll say so honestly rather than sell you something you don't need.
We don't have anyone in-house who does IT. Is that a problem?
It's the most common reason small businesses come to us. Fully managed means you don't need an internal IT person — we are that function, documented so you're never dependent on one individual, and reachable when something breaks.
Do we really need all the security if we're small?
Attackers don't check your headcount first — small businesses get hit precisely because they're assumed to be soft. The good news is that the controls that matter most (MFA, patching, tested backups, sensible access) are affordable and come switched on in every plan we run.
How do we keep the cost predictable?
A fixed monthly amount per person, scoped after a short discovery call, so the number matches what you actually run. Genuine projects are quoted separately and agreed before any work starts — no surprise line items mid-month.
